Flight Information and Costs

Air Combat Australia offers a variety of flight experiences including jet fighters air combat missions to aerobatics flights. Following are our standard flight services however we are happy to arrange other experiences to suit your individual or corporate requirements.

Single Aircraft Flights

Get the perspective of an in-flight Tomahawk Cruise Missile - except we fly faster! Unlike other organisations that offer joy rides in military aircraft, our MiG-15's are truly transonic jet fighters capable of flying just below the sound barrier. They are not jet trainers like the B.A.C 167 Strikemaster, SIAI Marchetti SF260 and the T-37A Dragonfly which are initial jet trainers and not front line fighters.

Our flight options fit into three categories;

• High speed - low level flights
• Aerobatic joy rides
• Fighter attack profiles (Including air to ground bombing profile)

Costs are according to the following schedule and are exclusive of GST. Times stated are from engine start to engine shutdown.

Victa Air Tourer
1hour = $500 plus GST / $550 inc. GST
$250 non-refundable deposit required

Yak-52
1hour = $700 plus / $750 inc. GST
$375 non-refundable deposit required

MiG-15
20 min flight = $1,650 plus GST / $1,800 inc. GST
$1,000 non-refundable deposit required

30 minute flight = $2,150 plus GST / $2,345 inc. GST
$1,250 non-refundable deposit required

60 minute = $3,750 plus GST / $4,125 inc. GST
$2,000 non-refundable deposit required

Combat Flights

The most exhilarating fun you could ever have in your life! Our combat flights including several manouvers not included in our standard single aircraft flights listed above. This flight includes a video of your flight, MiG-15 flight certificate and an official patch.

30 minute flight = $2,300 plus GST / $2,530 inc. GST
$1,250 non-refundable deposit required

One Hour = $3,950 plus GST / $4,345 inc. GST
$2,000 non-refundable deposit required

Air Combat Weekend

This is the ultimate flying adventure. Become a fighter pilot in training in training for this weekend long experience. The package includes three combat sorties in our Yak-52's and/or Victa Air Tourer's, including aerobatics and attack profiles, followed by three 20 minute combat sorties in the MiG-15 fighter jet.

The entire weekend cost is $6,600.00 plus GST / $7,260 inc. GST
$3,500 non-refundable deposit required
(Package does not include accomodation or meals)
