Indemnity and Legal Issues
In order to be a crew member in any ACA aircraft you must
know and understand the following points;
- The
aircraft concerned are not an approved type of aircraft
under Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulations.
- The
aircraft concerned are designed to military specifications
and is not tested to or approved to accepted civil safety
standards.
- Any
operations in or around the aircraft may lead to any and
all injuries and to your death.
- Damage
or loss may be caused to your goods chattels or possessions
whilst flying in aa ACA aircraft.
You must
also indemnify all owners including any party who is deemed
to be vicariously liable of the aircraft concerned from any
and all legal action and forbid any other person including
your relatives and/or your next of kin from commencing any
legal action whatsoever in the event of your sustaining any
shock, physical or psychological injury, damage or death,
against any persons or legal entities involved in the operation
of this aircraft.
You must
be sane of mind and have no physical or psychological condition
that would prevent you from flying in the aircraft concerned.
