Now that you are armed with either a PPL or CPL, you may run into issues where inclement weather prevents your flying. With an Instrument rating you will be able to fly in nearly any weather.

Instrument Requirements
Hold a Private Pilot Licence (PPL) or greater
Fly at least 40 hours dual instruction
Pass the Instrument Rating Examination (IREX)
